One of our very favorites! This gorgeous design features swirling powder blue art glass cabs and enameled flower detailing. We believe this could be a Max Neiger/Neiger Brothers piece because it is simply stunning and so beautifully crafted.

It also has the small detail of a sawtooth bezel, which we saw on numerous Neiger pieces. In good vintage/antique condition--wear is consistent with age and use.
